April 15 - Printemps Littéraire Brésilien

Between March 11 and April 20, 2019 Brazilian, Portuguese, Italian, Colombian, Venezuelan, and Moroccan novelists, poets, illustrators and essayists will participate in this sixth edition of the Brazilian Literary Spring. This competition will be held in five European countries (in France, Belgium, Portugal, Germany, and Switzerland), Canada and in the United States. Debates, readings, poetic meetings, writing workshops and book launches are planned in institutional cultural centers and bookstores, but also in many universities, high schools and primary schools.
On April 15th, at Northwestern university, along with Prof. Cesar Braga-Pinto and other international guest speakers, four graduate students from the Department of Spanish and Portuguese will present their work of creative writing.
